CCL aims at creating an effective platform of discussion and discourse on the latest issues and challenges in corporate law and other allied areas.
Therefore, we have endeavored to release a monthly newsletter on corporate law titled ‘#Insights’ (earlier ‘Monthly Updates’) with the aim of keeping the interested peers updated with the latest developments in the field.
Our shift from ‘Monthly Updates’ to ‘#Insights’ is more than a rebrand. It is a change in philosophy. In line with the Centre’s core values, we analyze and discuss the reasons and consequences of the most notable developments in corporate law, encouraging our readers to gain a deeper understanding over each issue.
